Our recruitment process offers support to employers to engage in recruitment
on a one-to-one basis, or in a group context. Providing holistic fitness and ability reports
to match the applicant to his inherent job requirements.
The Sinexus recruitment process offers support to employers to engage in recruitment on a one-to-one basis, or in a group content with a number of job candidates. Sinexus provide a holistic fitness and ability feedback report that can be used as a baseline assessment to enable the employer to match the applicant to his inherent job requirements.
The Sinexus recruitment process is design to support the employer in adapting and structuring test activities to suite the specific recruitment situation, person-profile and specific job requirements. The process can accommodate people with different personalities and earning styles to ensure there is no barriers to assess their capabilities.
